Senior Analyst Executive Compensation
Frazer Jones is partnering with an incredible firm in Manhattan in their search for a Senior Analyst Executive Compensation. The role involves supporting client engagements through executive compensation benchmarking, modeling incentive plans, and preparing client-ready reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
Support client engagements by conducting executive and director compensation benchmarking using survey data and proxy filings
Model short‑ and long‑term incentive plans, including payout scenarios, performance metrics, and equity usage/dilution
Prepare clear, client‑ready reports and presentations translating complex analyses into actionable insights
Contribute to pay‑for‑performance analyses, governance research, Say‑on‑Pay reviews, and shareholder‑focused assessments
Manage multiple project workstreams with high attention to detail; collaborate closely with Consultants and Partners
Qualification
Required
1–4 years at an exec comp firm
Strong Excel/PowerPoint, understanding of consulting workflow
Hybrid NYC (3x/week)
