Connect Search, LLC is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium architectural structures, seeking a General Manager to lead one of its operating divisions following a recent acquisition. This role involves full P&L ownership and the opportunity to shape the operational and commercial growth of a national distribution business.

Responsibilities

Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin management

Lead and develop a team of ~20 employees across operations, sales, logistics, and administration

Drive revenue growth across eCommerce, specialty distribution, and new customer segments

Optimize inventory management, forecasting, and international sourcing

Improve operational efficiency across warehousing, fulfillment, and customer experience

Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and long-term growth planning

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and disciplined operating cadence

Required

Senior leadership experience (GM, VP Operations, Director, or similar) within manufacturing, distribution, or consumer/industrial products

Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment

Track record of building teams, improving processes, and scaling operations

Preferred

Experience working with imported products and global suppliers strongly preferred
