Responsibilities

Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing within the ABU organization
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
Actively manages work-center workload with the assistance of a Manufacturing Support Team member
Manage job assignments, cross training, and supports organizational initiatives
Will also be responsible for interfacing/coordinating with support organizations as required

Preferred

Green belt
Experience leading Structured Improvement Activities (SIA)
Process documentation & technical writing
