Responsibilities
Execute monthly reporting and monitor results against targets
Prepare monthly A/R reporting and support collections tracking
Coordinate monthly close focusing on Direct Client Costs (T&E, research, write‑offs) and Overhead
Analyze P&L accounts for management reporting
Prepare monthly journal entries
Compile financial forecasts
Support ad hoc management reporting
Assist with special projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Excellent communication skills across business and finance teams
Preferred
Power BI/Power Query a plus
Experience documenting or building financial processes is a plus
