Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of relationships with NYC families from initial inquiry through enrollment, retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-impact information sessions and individual conversations that shepherd families through complex, multi-stage decisions
Acting as the central contact for parent concerns, feedback, and confidential matters—addressing them decisively and with professionalism
Creating enrollment momentum through on-site visibility, focused outreach, and thorough integration into the local parent community
Mobilizing satisfied families as advocates and referral channels within NYC's closely connected networks

Required

Minimum 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (>$1M household income), with accountability for closing or enrolling $5K+ or multi-year commitments
Documented experience leading families through multi-meeting decision journeys that culminated in signed agreements or verifiable commitments
Clear, quantifiable results from previous roles, including conversion rates and retention, satisfaction, or referral performance
Experience autonomously managing a personal lead pipeline or community network from first inquiry through final decision
Confirmed ability to coordinate events or services for 25+ high-profile individuals at the same time
Verified experience resolving sensitive issues, complaints, or confidential matters with successful outcomes
Current residence in NYC or within a 1.5-hour commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Background in private education, philanthropy, luxury services, hospitality, wealth management, or concierge-level client relations
Current familiarity with NYC private school systems and parent social circles
Experience representing a mission-driven organization to discerning, high-visibility stakeholders
