Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized, motivational learning experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
Reviewing student performance data to refine instructional methods and generate actionable insights
Partnering with technology teams to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms

Qualification

Master's degree in reading instructionOrton-Gillingham certificationAI platformsDifferentiated instructionSmall-group reading interventionsAssessing reading proficiencyCreating workshops

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
Demonstrated ability to assess reading proficiency, organize student groups, and create differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written materials
Experience working with AI or adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student engagement patterns
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
Availability to work on-site at one of the following campuses: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
