Responsibilities
Support site development projects by preparing landscape plans and construction documents under the direction of senior staff
Assisting with site layout, planting and hardscape design, landscape calculations, and coordination with civil engineering plans
Preparing CAD-based drawings, responding to jurisdictional comments, and supporting entitlement and construction-phase activities
Understanding of site development processes, landscape codes, and construction documentation, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering team
Qualification
Required
Entry level to 5+ years of professional office experience
BLA and/or MLA in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university program
Understanding of site development processes, landscape codes, and construction documentation
Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering team
Preferred
Experience in Civil3D, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and Enscape is preferred
Detail oriented with interest in working through various phases of the design process from planning and 3D graphics to design and construction detailing
