Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Crafting personalized, motivational instruction that resonates with students and fosters a lasting commitment to reading
Interpreting student performance data to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate actionable insights
Partnering with technology specialists to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Qualification

Master's degree in reading instructionOrton-Gillingham certificationSmall-group reading interventionsEvaluating reading proficiencyAIAdaptive learning platforms

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary learners
Expertise in evaluating reading proficiency, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written materials
Competence with AI and adaptive learning platforms, with the ability to respond to student engagement patterns
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our locations: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
