InternDuracell is an iconic global brand and the world’s leading manufacturer of high-performance alkaline batteries. The ADUSA sales intern will be responsible for analyzing sales fundamentals and making recommendations on inventory health while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Report Generation and Analysis – assist in creating and maintaining weekly reports for the ADUSA Team utilizing PowerBI and Circana. These reports will analyze relevant brand and category results, and key insights will be shared with the Duracell sales team
Sales Fundamentals – Lead ADUSA store audits utilizing market visits and inventory data to identify opportunities with merchandising, out of stocks and instore execution depending on market needs
Market Visits – conduct in-person ADUSA and competitive retailer market store checks for Duracell battery merchandising, displays and competitive activity. Assess ROI and report findings/insights
Competitive Assessment – Create tracking and documentation of battery category pricing and promotional activities at ADUSA, both online and instore
Execute weekly project report that captures, consolidates and documents sales fundamental performance and merchandising plan executions at ADUSA and competitive retailers for both Duracell and branded competitor
Present formal key findings and recommendations to the Duracell team (mid-year, end of internship)
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited College or University actively pursuing a 4-year degree in any business related program
Must be located in, or in proximity, to Boston, MA or Charlotte, NC
Excellent analytic skills with the ability to identify and propose solutions
Strong communicate (verbal and written) skills
Ability to multi-task, be organized and maintain strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a diverse environment and interact with others cross-functional resources
Demonstrated leadership through school and/or community involvement
Strong Knowledge/Skills of Microsoft Excel
