Mechanical Design Engineering Intern
FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. is offering an internship opportunity in Lebanon, NH, where candidates will work alongside a team to finalize the design and validation testing of products and tools. Responsibilities
Produce 3D SolidWorks component and assembly models as well as detailed drawings
Optimize models for reuse and expandability
Process changes through the ECR process
Design experiments to evaluate design risks for new products
Support failure analysis to identify root causes of failures
Qualification
Required
Completing a course of studies in the Engineering discipline or other technical area
Solidworks Experience
Ability to perform work independently to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced math and computational skills
Advanced reasoning skills to analyze and solve problems
Statistical analysis
Technical aptitude
Preferred
Engineering Simulation Experience (ANSYS or COMSOL preferred)
AutoCad familiarity
