Quickly demonstrate product expertise
Handle technical support calls/emails
Meet clients via Microsoft Teams to troubleshoot product issues and ensure customer success
Perform software quality assurance testing and report findings to the development team
Maintain and update website
Experience/familiarity with PHP or equivalent web design languages is a plus
Client database (Salesforce) support
Support internal IT needs as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or related field
Excellent interpersonal and oratory skills
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience/familiarity with PHP or equivalent web design languages is a plus
Familiarity with web technologies or Salesforce is a plus
