EXECUTIVE SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Our Blood Institute is actively looking for an Executive Support Coordinator who will provide a spectrum of executive coordination and administrative support duties for the CEO. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-end strategic tasks and requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Encompasses a spectrum of executive coordination and administrative support duties for the CEO
Responsibilities range from routine clerical tasks to specialized, complex, project assignments

Respect for confidentiality is essential, as is the prioritized delivery of multiple, concurrent tasks

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
Valid drivers license
Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management and/or senior executive assistant roles
Past supervisory and/or organizational leadership experience is a plus
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Solid proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to timelines
Willingness to resolve ambiguities and triage action steps in complex projects
Capacity to impose structure, order and punctuality upon administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Visio or graphic program skills a plus
Proficiency with MS Outlook, including email and web applications
Ability to interact comfortably with VPs, community leaders, as well as OBI executives, line staff, volunteers, etc
Good interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude
Discipline and initiative to be self-starting and self-directed, when appropriate
Knowledge of Oklahoma Blood Institute and the blood banking or healthcare industry is a plus
Curiosity and a drive for success are valuable character traits
