Performs general administrative duties that may include photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mail
Contacts are frequent with individuals representing outside organizations and/or individuals of significant importance within the company. Contacts involve planning and preparation of communications, requiring tact, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Develops, documents and administers procedures. Provides guidance to and may train others on those procedures
