Field Service Engineer - DUV

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot DUV lithography equipment on customer sites
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve technical issues efficiently
Document service activities and provide feedback to improve our systems
Ensure all tasks follow safety and quality standards
Train customers on the proper use and basic maintenance of DUV systems
Communicate clearly with team members and customers about service plans and results
Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on new technologies and processes
Train more junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment support (semiconductor industry preferred)
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, technical drawings, and measurement instruments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear and respectful communication skills
Attention to detail and a focus on quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver results
Willingness to learn and grow continuously
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, data entry tools)
Comfort working in cleanroom environments and following safety protocols
Respect for diverse perspectives and a collaborative approach
Valid driver's license and passport required
Ability to travel in US and internationally
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
