Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and establish lasting client relationships
Strong Team Leadership and Strategic Planning skills for managing teams and aligning organizational goals
Proficiency in Marketing and a deep understanding of market trends to develop and execute growth strategies
Demonstrated ability in creating and implementing innovative growth initiatives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare technology or radiation oncology-related fields is a plus
