Responsible for managing the 10Q and 10K processes, technical accounting research, and review
Responsible for initiating process improvement activities related to the reporting process
Day-to-day management of the external audit process
Review SOX documentation
Ad hoc projects and analysis as required
Qualification
Required
CPA, Public Combo, with 8yrs+ including SEC reporting
Technical Accounting research and memos
Wdesk & Onestream/HFM Experience
