Responsibilities
Review and approve client requests to ensure proper authorization and policy compliance
Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Work across multiple systems and platforms to process and validate financial information
Partner with internal teams to resolve ongoing issues and respond to policy-related questions
Apply sound business judgment to identify and escalate unusual or suspicious activity
Support special projects and ad hoc business initiatives
Adhere to all quality, compliance, client service, and information security standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency preferred)
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated team player who can collaborate across all levels of the organization
