Responsibilities
Partner with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional teams to support key deliverables under the Elevate program, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and performance targets
Oversees vendor performance and relationships to ensure contract compliance, efficiency, and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to implement strategic planning and best practices in vendor and supplier relationship management and risk management
Analyzes and manages vendor costs to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements
Prepares and presents reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to leadership
Contributes to the operational excellence and strategic goals of the organization through expertise in operations, logistics, supply chain, and inventory management
Participates in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience 4-7 years
Responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with key vendors
Monitoring vendor performance
Enforcing contract terms
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement strategic planning and best practices in risk management
Analyzing and managing vendor costs to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements
Preparing and presenting reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to leadership
Expertise in operations, logistics, supply chain, and inventory management
Supporting the successful execution of Client's Elevate initiative
Collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders in logistics, procurement, repair operations, inventory planning, and vendor management
