Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multiple projects across business, data, and technology teams
Build clear, executive ready reports and presentations
Interpret and validate financial and capital markets data
Support Snowflake migration and AI related governance workstreams
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure milestones stay on track
Strengthen communication and alignment across stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of proven IT Program/Project Management experience
Advanced Excel and strong analytical reporting abilities
Background in fixed income finance, financial accounting, or capital markets
Experience in operational risk management
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination
Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project, or similar tools
Ability to interpret complex SQL queries
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus
Exposure to Snowflake or AI governance initiatives is strongly preferred
