Required

Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and critical-thinking skills to address challenges and improve processes
High level of organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

Preferred

Experience in the financial or asset management industry is a plus
an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
