Responsibilities
Utility-related mapping tasks such as converting CAD to GIS
Gathering and interpreting utility asset records and plans
Creating and editing GIS files
Analyzing spatial relationships within utility networks
Participate in map production
Data integration
Data validation workflows
Supporting data quality review
Asset inventory management
Technical documentation for utility GIS projects
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Computer Science, or another GIS-related field
Familiarity with fundamental GIS concepts (editing, topology, spatial queries, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and suggest workflow improvements
Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality results
Preferred
Experience with ArcGIS Desktop v10.x and ArcGIS Pro 2.x-3.x
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong work ethic and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
Interest in the latest developments and best practices for utility GIS and geospatial technology
