Responsibilities
Lead Field Technicians in packing, moving, scanning, and staging contents
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards
Ensure accurate FSA documentation, QR coding, photos, and daily uploads
Stage contents by category and identify restorable vs. non-salvageable items
Communicate job updates, item counts, and issues to management
Interact with homeowners professionally and empathetically
Train and coach team members as needed
Qualification
Required
A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using iPads and documentation systems
Preferred
Prior experience in restoration, moving, logistics, or field leadership preferred
