Responsibilities

Own a mid-size to large portfolio within the Commercial Business Unit of customer renewals across various verticals and sizes, managing full-cycle renewals with increasing autonomy
Leverage data and customer engagement insights to forecast renewal outcomes accurately and mitigate risk early
Drive timely renewals by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, with particular attention to expansion potential or complex contracts
Manage contract negotiations in a consultative manner, aligned with company goals and customer value
Deliver a white-glove customer experience at renewal, communicating proactively and clearly with all stakeholders
Partner with the forecasting and operations teams to refine renewal metrics and reporting accuracy
Help coach and support Renewal Associates I, sharing best practices and renewal strategies

Required

2+ years of renewal, sales, or customer-facing experience
Proven ability to manage renewal negotiations and forecasting in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Basic understanding of SaaS contracting and financial principles
High proficiency in written and verbal communication

BA/BS in Business, Communications, or a related field
