Responsibilities
Manage SEO related workstreams across enterprise level projects, ensuring that all necessary project deliverables are delivered on time and within expectations throughout the project
Outline project goals, dependencies, resources, and risks of planned projects. Includes establishment of business cases supporting new projects with projected benefits
Manage direct or indirect reporting relationships to ensure assigned resources are adequately trained and performing at the required level. Responsible for guiding and directing associated resources in order to meet project deliverables
Establish processes, conduct training/knowledge sharing necessary to maintain newly delivered capabilities that can be handed off to capability owners at the end of projects. Conducting research and professional development necessary to stay ahead of changes in the SEO industry or in expanding existing technical capabilities supporting the SEO team

Required
Must be at least 18 years old

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of experience in ecommerce or search engine optimization (SEO) with a proven track record of driving results
Prior experience with enterprise level SEO, preferably in an ecommerce environment
Experience with enterprise level SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Lumar, Brightedge, and others
Experiencing managing others – directly or indirectly
Strong communication and collaboration skills needed to develop team resources, build cross-functional partnerships, and to effectively communicate SEO concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with large amounts of data
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
