Administrative Assistant
Access Security, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal staff and customers.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and organize travel arrangements
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal staff and our key partners/customers, draft emails, memos, and other communications
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical)
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
Assist with special projects, research, and other tasks as assigned by management
Assist with personnel related tasks
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and friendly demeanor
