Responsibilities

Planning, execution, and oversight of facilities elevator operations and projects across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and strategic goals
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational functionality and safety and reliability
Manage vendor and operator team relationships, service contracts, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects, emergency response planning, and compliance initiatives
Analyze facility elevator data to make informed decisions and escalate needed information to help drive overall elevator wellness and functionality
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying new knowledge to improve operations
Support long-term capital planning and budgeting efforts in coordination with senior leadership
Lead or contribute to strategic elevator initiatives that improve asset performance and environmental impact

Required

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in facilities operations, with demonstrated responsibilities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience leading teams and managing stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems; familiarity with sustainability platforms is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position
