Certco, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Governance Analyst to support ERP master data integrity and help strengthen company-wide data governance standards. This role involves improving processes, solving data quality challenges, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate, trusted data across the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and improve ERP master data quality by identifying inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplication
Support data cleansing and standardization initiatives across departments
Provide reporting and analysis related to data quality trends and remediation efforts
Maintain and enhance reporting in support of procurement and operational teams
Create and maintain a structured data dictionary
Support ERP integration efforts including system testing and migration validation
Assist with governance adoption and change support related to data processes and tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc.)
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or similar
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills required

Preferred

Power BI experience preferred
SQL / T-SQL familiarity preferred
Grocery/CPG industry knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of the Grocery/CPG industry is strongly preferred
