FIELD FOREMAN
Wells is a company focused on delivering exceptional client experiences in the design and construction industry. They are seeking a Field Foreman to oversee the installation, repair, and modification of precast concrete structures while managing laborers and ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.

Responsibilities
Work with Field Supervisors and crane operators to ensure project progresses in a safe and efficient manner
Complete general construction labor tasks necessary to install precast members
Uses materials and supplies, and handle equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Ability to run a transit and level for layout and elevations of the building
Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from jobsite
Track and stock installation hardware, tools, and materials in crew truck
Read and interpret blueprints, brace plans and crane plans and communicate the work plan to the crew each day
Work closely with Wells dispatch with sequence, number of trucks and load times daily
Direct and lead laborers on various tasks daily
Complete PCI paperwork as needed for jobsite documentation
Ensure crew is compliant with and follows company safety procedures and policies
Complete special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2 + years of precast installation experience
General knowledge of precast construction practices; must be a competent person
Ability to work from heights (ladders, flatbed trailers, aerial equipment) safely
Ability to operate a total station, transit, and level
Must be willing to travel and work in all types of weather conditions
Ability to work with others and always maintain professional conduct
Must be motivated and self-driven to complete a task
Knowledge of products the company uses, and which products would work best
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally
Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently
Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day
Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently
Preferred
OSHA 30
