Step into matters efficiently and are already familiar with the language and structure of these cases
Handle ANDA / Hatch-Waxman litigation
Manage Biosimilar / BPCIA litigation
Provide patent litigation counselling
Address FDA regulatory-related matters
Qualification
Required
1–6 years' experience in patent litigation
Prior ANDA and/or biosimilar litigation experience is strongly required
Ability to contribute with limited training and supervision
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfortable working with sophisticated scientific issues and expert witnesses
Preferred
Science or technical background highly preferred
Chemistry, pharmacy, biology, immunology, or related fields are common within the firm
