Recruit candidates to fill technical positions in the Fire Protection industry
Source, phone screen and submit candidates to hiring managers
Qualification
Required
Experience recruiting for Fire Alarm Technicians, Fire Sprinkler Technicians, Foremen and Inspectors positions
3-5 years' recruiting and sourcing experience using Indeed, Linkedin and other social media
Must possess strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Must be proficient using all of the major on-line recruiting sites and recruiting tools
Must be proficient using MS Outlook and word
Must have a successful track record sourcing, recruiting and filling technical positions
Must have prior experience directly supporting an operations management team
Preferred
Experience using applicant tracking systems preferrable Dayforce is a plus
