Responsibilities
Develop event plans, layouts, timelines, and service schedules
Coordinate with catering, kitchen, bar, and event staff
Arrange rentals, décor, equipment, and staffing as needed
Conduct site walkthroughs and oversee event setup
Serve as the primary point of contact during events
Manage last-minute changes and resolve issues promptly
Maintain organized records of bookings, contracts, and event details
Follow up with clients after events as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Ability to work evenings and weekends depending on event schedule
Valid driver's license preferred for site visits
