Responsibilities
Responsible for all needed client services functions including answering, directing and initiating telephone calls including notifying clients/physicians of alert values and documenting notification
Assist clients in utilizing ACL's services
Assist all laboratory functions in adding and deleting tests at clients' requests
Maintain appropriate records of these actions
Assist in handling all client issues as directed and as needed
Maintain a highly professional attitude and appropriate behaviors as frequent and sensitive client interactions occur
Manage stress associated with work assignments and deadlines
Maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic healthcare systems while performing all job functions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED Equivalent required
Previous experience with computers required
Knowledge and competency in medical laboratory terminology and functions
Preferred
Relevant experience in a medical setting is highly desired
