Responsibilities
Manage the inventory for powder coating materials
Follow and adhere to the ERP schedule
Ensure a safe and clean working environment (6S)
Make sure to maintain the powder coating equipment properly
Ensure the quality of process standards is maintained
Develop and maintain a tracking system for powder coating materials to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
Provide feedback on the ERP schedule to improve workflow efficiency and address potential bottlenecks
Ensure proper PPE is worn at all times
Regularly inspect and troubleshoot powder coating equipment to address maintenance needs proactively
Maintain detailed records of coating processes and quality control checks for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to heat and chemicals
Strong focus on quality assurance to meet process standards
Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety guidelines, and operational instructions
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including 6S standards
Preferred
Prior experience in powder coating or a related manufacturing role
Basic understanding of powder coating equipment and processes
Familiarity with ERP systems
