Responsibilities
Lead the charge to enhance recruiting processes, ensuring they are clear, effective, and considerate of everyone involved, from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data is accurate. You’ll build dashboards to help us understand key hiring metrics and make informed decisions
Provide guidance and training to recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques to align recruiting strategies to organizational goals
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards
Take ownership of special projects and new program launches in partnership with recruiting and business leaders
Explore and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve both the candidate and hiring manager experiences
Mentor and develop a small but mighty team of 2-3 Recruiting Assistants
Qualification
Required
7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others
Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a love of operational excellence
Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker
Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices
Preferred
Experience with Lever is a big plus
