Inventory Associate- District Trainer

Responsibilities

Conduct new hire inventory training to ensure employees are prepared, confident, and compliant with company standards
Deliver ongoing and refresher training to tenured employees to reinforce accuracy, productivity, and best practices
Support on-the-job coaching during inventories, including leading flows, answering questions, and reinforcing proper techniques
Effectively demonstrate and educate employees on corporate policies, procedures, and inventory processes
Utilize a variety of training delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Support the RTS and/or District Manager with recruiting efforts as needed
Utilize the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) during recruitment and hiring activities
Assist with posting open positions, hosting hiring events, and initiating other hiring activities
Interview candidates, present job offers, and assist with onboarding new employees within the district
Participate in inventories by counting, leading flows, or supervising inventory teams as assigned
Serve as a knowledgeable resource during inventories to support training reinforcement and operational execution
Demonstrate RGIS Core Values in all interactions and responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned to support district needs

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience delivering training, coaching, or instruction, preferably in a field or operational environment
Experience with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes
Knowledge of HR compliance related to hiring and onboarding
Experience with inventory counting processes and inventory counting devices (retail environment preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and various training delivery methods
Strong leadership presence with a high level of professionalism and communication skills
Prolonged standing with occasional walking
Repetitive motions requiring use of wrists, hands, and fingers
Ability to work for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
Ability to frequently travel by car/vehicle and occasionally by air/flight
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays
Must have reliable transportation
Subject to a pre-employment background screening, which may include criminal background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings
Must be eligible to be approved as a Company occasional driver
