Responsibilities

Research with the Total Joint Learning Health Unit (Bolognesi, Horn, George) focusing on outcomes for hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty
Research with Division members of Adult Reconstruction
Research looking at costs and utilization of resources for arthroplasty to help develop novel payment programs working with the Duke Value-Based Care Committee
Research using administrative databases to help drive decision-making for clinical care in the Division of Adult Reconstruction, and also in relation to future bundled programs with CMS and private payers
Collaboration on research with the LHU AI Fellow (Irene Tanner) on image-based projects
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities assigned to this classification
