Account Retention & Growth: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Sales Development: Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
Client Engagement: Travel daily to visit clients, distributors, and prospects at fulfillment centers and distribution warehouses
Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations to identify growth opportunities
Achieve Results: Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new account acquisition
Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
Report & Analyze: Track visits, performance, and market insights for leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Business, or related technical field preferred

Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Willingness to travel frequently (25–50%) and relocate for future Account Manager opportunities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., C4C, Salesforce)

Preferred

Experience with cold calling and lead generation is a plus
