Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including mid-year reviews and performance updates

Maintain, enhance, and optimize Power BI dashboards and analytical tools, improving data accuracy and automation

Perform deep-dive variance analysis, identify cost drivers, and deliver actionable insights to leadership

Partner cross-functionally to validate data sources, refine KPIs, and standardize management reporting

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to analytics, reporting, governance, and internal controls

Develop financial models, presentations, and briefing materials for senior and executive leadership

Leverage AI-enabled tools to support root-cause analysis, variance review, and insight generation

Act as backup support for financial operations, including payroll processing and related controls

Mentor team members on analytical and financial modeling best practices (no direct supervisory responsibility)

Required

CPA required (public accounting background strongly preferred)

5–8+ years of progressive experience across FP&A, accounting, or financial reporting, ideally with a public + industry combination

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365, Power BI, Tableau or similar)

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
