Responsibilities

Complete data entry on new launch items and ensure accuracy of data in company systems
Work with embroidery design team to finalize and submit paid client orders to the supplier following company regulations
Complete and track shipments of all components of custom project to supplier for production initialization, as well as the production of the strike off and final product
Monitor and follow up on supplier orders and shipping status
Communicate with suppliers, showrooms, and sales representatives to resolve order-related issues
Track and troubleshoot shipments, delays, and returns
Review and confirm accuracy of supplier invoices; submit invoices internally to the accounting department and track remittances
Provide purchasing and shipping summaries to internal stakeholders as needed
Assist communications and support for other categories of the purchasing department

Required

2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations
Excellent communication and follow-up skills

textile or home industry experience
