Responsibilities
Design and analyze transmission and distribution line structures
Use PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or similar tools to model and evaluate loading
Support construction documents—plan & profile drawings, loading trees, equipment specs, and reports
Perform calculations, modeling, and field data reviews
Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure accuracy and quality
Assist with site visits, field assessments, and engineering evaluations
Participate in project meetings and client coordination
Document work clearly and contribute to project deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well with a team
Electrical Engineering degree
3–6 years of T&D engineering experience
FE/EI certification
Intermediate to advanced experience with PLS-CADD, SPIDAcalc, PoleForeman, or equivalent tools
