Strategic Development Specialist
Responsibilities
Analyzing business performance
Developing strategic plans
Identifying growth opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and revenue
Conducting financial analysis
Communicating strategy recommendations
Supporting sales initiatives by analyzing market trends and customer needs
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and drive business success
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, market data, and operational outcomes
Exceptional Communication skills, including delivering clear presentations and crafting strategic recommendations
Proficiency in Strategic Planning and the development of growth initiatives and operational improvements
Knowledge of Sales and an understanding of client engagement processes and customer acquisition strategies
Experience with Finance, including budgeting, financial modeling, and profitability analysis
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality, wellness, automotive, cash pay medical or service industry is a plus
