They are seeking an Electrical Designer to support their Electrical Engineering department, responsible for designing electrical systems and performing routine calculations under the supervision of senior staff.

Responsibilities

Design, layout, and circuiting of equipment for electrical systems, (i.e. lighting systems, lighting controls, circuiting HVAC and Plumbing equipment, etc.)
Set-up drawing sheets in REVIT, develop panel schedules, and develop one-line diagrams
Assisting in estimated project construction cost and specification writing is a plus

Qualification

Electrical system designREVITNEC knowledgeIESNA knowledgeASHRAE 90.1 knowledgeIECC knowledgeCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Minimum 2 years experience designing electrical systems
Experience with REVIT
Working knowledge of NEC and IESNA
Working knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC
Associates Degree in related field is required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is a plus
Assisting in estimated project construction cost and specification writing is a plus
