Responsibilities
Review and guide systems engineering team to ensure first time quality of all Architecture, Requirements, Test and Verification products
This will involve the review, development and approval of the following: Verification test products, Verification documentation, Requirement products such as new requirements, derived and system level, Traceability analysis, Schedules, plans and performance to those plans
Participate in requirements development and verification products
Document analysis results in reports and briefings for review and critique by stakeholders
Create and present briefings within the team, to Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and supporting stakeholders
Duties will include leading teams of engineers in the development of products
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Active Secret Clearance required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of experience (Or Master's degree and 3 years of experience)
Background in systems engineering and requirements verification
Hands-on experience with DOORS
Recent experience authoring system requirements
Ability to analyze, document, and present complex technical data effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with Test and Verification processes
Experience with the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system
Exposure to CAMEO or model-based systems engineering tools
Direct test experience within a defense program
