Responsibilities

You will be responsible for generating significant consulting revenue while managing new and existing customer partnerships to capture market share and drive profitable growth
Own sales strategy development and execution across diverse industry sectors
Hunt and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building
Build and manage C-suite relationships to drive consulting sales
Develop compelling sales proposals that connect client needs with our core capabilities
Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
Drive sales efforts that accurately reflect our operating model, culture, and practices
Balance long-term relationship development with closing immediate sales opportunities

Required

Must have a proven track record selling consulting services or professional services with $10M+ annual sales results
Diverse experience selling across multiple industry sectors
Strong background in business development and sales within consulting organizations
Experience building, cultivating, and sustaining top-producing sales relationships with C-suite level clients
Strong focus on new client acquisition and development
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
Skilled in qualifying and closing consulting engagements, including determining client needs, estimating scope and investment, and developing winning sales strategies
Ability to develop and execute complex, multi-faceted sales campaigns across various industry sectors
Robust negotiation skills and the ability to lead contract negotiations at senior levels
Outstanding written and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with proven ability to sell effectively at all levels
Ability to inspire urgency and motivate clients to make buying decisions in competitive situations
Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify opportunities and overcome objections
Excellent capability to develop, sustain, and monetize value-added customer relationships
Strong prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills
Proven capability to proactively manage sales cycles and remove obstacles to closing
Proven initiative and drive with the ability to focus on revenue-generating activities
Ability to effectively manage change and thrive in fast-paced sales environments
Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches

Preferred

Existing networks and contacts across various industry verticals preferred
Delivery experience in consulting is a plus, but not required
