Responsibilities

Assist with data analysis initiatives that help identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement

Contribute to the review and interpretation of operational datasets, supporting both internal teams and client‑facing functions

Help assess data discrepancies or unusual patterns, participating in collaborative discussions around potential root causes

Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of internal reporting workflows, dashboards, and monitoring processes

Support ongoing process refinement efforts by contributing observations and recommendations derived from data

Use SQL queries and related tools to extract, organize, and validate data as part of analytical work

Required

2–3 years of experience performing analysis using MS SQL

Strong analytical reasoning skills with an ability to interpret patterns and identify inconsistencies

Preferred

Prior exposure to healthcare or revenue cycle concepts, or a strong enthusiasm for learning them

Experience with common visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Interest in understanding how data informs operational and strategic decisions
