Responsibilities

Undertake routine and complex respiratory clinical measurement procedures with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Contributing to all aspects of the laboratory's quality system, including documentation of procedures and policies
Assisting with the preparation of documents for lab accreditation
Assisting in the development of new protocols by application of scientific knowledge
Assisting in the clinical trial and department research project

Qualification

Clinical experience in respiratory measurementsBachelor of Health ScienceMembership with professional bodyProblem-solving initiativePlanningOrganizing skillsInterpersonal communication skills

Required

Demonstrated clinical experience in respiratory physiological measurements
Bachelor of Health Science, Applied Science or an equivalent qualification with a respiratory or physiological science focus
Eligibility for, or current membership/registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. ANZSRS, ACCP) as required by the service
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Initiative in identifying and resolving problems
Demonstrated ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines and achieve set goals
