Responsibilities
Lead recurring reporting and KPI tracking related to M&A activity and growth initiatives
Build pro forma financial models and support acquisition evaluation
Analyze new markets through demographic, utilization, and competitive research
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and executive level materials
Interpret and reconcile large, complex datasets to support diligence and valuation
Partner cross functionally with recruiting, integrations, IT, and operations teams throughout transactions
Support deal pipeline management and perform ad hoc strategic analyses
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Consulting, FP&A, or transaction focused finance
Required experience acquiring healthcare provider service companies
Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Experience building pro formas and evaluating acquisitions or market entry strategies
Comfort working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable insight
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
Highly organized, detail oriented, and self starting
