Responsibilities
Support the delivery of operational change initiatives within a banking environment by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Partner with Operations, Technology, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience
Experience as a Business Analyst supporting banking or financial services operations
Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and regulatory considerations in banking
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in operations transformation, process improvement, or system implementations
Familiarity with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, swimlane diagrams)
Experience supporting core banking, payments, lending, servicing, or back-office platforms
