Mid, Senior LevelTalent Bridge is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to support site leadership in reducing risk exposure and promoting a zero-accident culture. This role involves implementing the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and providing guidance to enhance safety competencies across the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide H&S expertise and guidance to site management and supervisors
Support the development and implementation of long-term site H&S strategy
Drive behavioral changes to reduce incidents and enhance safety performance
Lead or participate in safety audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Coach managers and supervisors on incident investigations and safe working practices
Monitor and report H&S performance using relevant KPIs and dashboards
Advise on ergonomics, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance
Support continuous improvement initiatives in H&S practices
Promote and demonstrate health, safety, and environmental best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Field of study: Engineering, Occupational H&S, HSE, Chemistry, or related
Relevant experience in health and safety management
Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and document management systems
Valid driver's license
Ability to safely use PPE; accommodations provided for religious or medical reasons
Preferred
Master's degree
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
Experience with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, or similar management systems
