Assist in managing façade restoration and Local Law 11 projects from inspection through construction
Participate in field visits and scaffold inspections under senior supervision
Support report preparation, repair scoping, and coordination with consultants and contractors
Learn NYC DOB processes and façade regulations through active project exposure
Qualification
Required
0–4 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field
Internship, co-op, or entry-level experience welcomed
Interest in façade restoration and field-based project work
Preferred
Educational background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related disciplines preferred
